Order Status

"Hey, where's my stuff?" If you're curious when we'll be sending it out, just email us at info@atypicalbeauty.com. We'll update you once we've processed your order and once we've shipped it. But we get it, you want it as fast as possible. Just send us a note and we'll get back to you. 

Return Policy 

Unhappy with something? We will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Certain personal items as well as Clearance and special sale items (percentage off discounts, promotions), are considered final sales. 

Returns Process 

Just send us a request to return the merchandise via email at info@atypicalbeauty.com or phone us at 615-873-0897. Be sure to tell us which items you wish to return and why so we can make sure you're happy in the future. Once we approve the return, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the merchandise. We can only accept unopened merchandise, unused and in saleable condition, along with your authorized return email. Once we receive it, we'll credit your credit card asap. Also, shipping costs are on us if it was our error. Please note: If it arrives in our possession damaged, then we can't resell it and therefore can't refund your money. So, do yourself and us a favor and send the merchandise in a sturdy box with enough padding to ensure it does not get damaged in transit. Also, we recommend that you insure it and send it by a trackable method. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or missing. 

Guarantees

We guarantee that you will receive your order as quickly as possible in excellent condition. If for some reason that is not the case then just contact us. We want to make it right.
